This is my message to the customer service representative. I'm not sympathetic that you clearly despise your job and your life so much, but the company shouldn't have to suffer because of your lack of professionalism or your inability to do your job well. Why do you have such an arrogant and rude attitude? Did your family not accept you for who you are? You're a nobody, and honestly after this interaction I can see exactly why you come across so bitter and unprofessional at work. With an attitude and self-awareness level like yours, you'll never be more than just following someone else's orders. I hope you enjoy your situation and always remember that's what happens when you treat people this way.
Awful customer service that felt like theft. My item never got shipped to me, and when I brought it up they put the blame on me. It's been two weeks and I still haven't gotten my money back, plus they won't even pick up when I call. I'm never shopping with them again.
I paid extra to get two day delivery on my jacket order. Five days after ordering, I found out it still won't arrive for another 4 days on top of that. I reached out to customer service and the representative wasn't very sympathetic or helpful. After going back and forth, she only refunded $10 out of the $25 I paid. That's ridiculous. I needed this jacket for an event this week and now it's going to be here next week if I'm lucky. Their customer service really needs some improvement.
Great experience overall. I ordered a jacket and it got to me in about a week, which I thought was really speedy since it came from overseas! The customer service was also excellent. They got back to me quickly and gave me helpful answers whether I was on the phone or emailing.
