What Shoppers Say About Bliss
Bliss is rated 2.3 out of 5 by 19 shoppers, with reviews heavily polarized between one-star and five-star ratings. The overwhelming majority of negative reviews cite serious fulfillment and customer service issues: orders shipped months late without tracking updates, refund requests left unprocessed for extended periods (often two months or longer), and an unfavorable return policy requiring customers to mail items back to China at their own expense. Shoppers also report receiving wrong sizes and being offered minimal credits rather than full refunds when problems occur.
The small segment of five-star reviewers praise Bliss's skincare products themselves, noting their effectiveness and the brand's cruelty-free commitment. However, positive reviews do not address the operational and customer service failures that dominate negative feedback. The stark divide suggests that while some customers are satisfied with product quality, the company's order fulfillment, shipping transparency, and return processes present substantial barriers to a satisfactory purchase experience for most buyers.

Sorted by: Most recentOrdered three sized non wired relaxation bras at thirty one dollars each. Received the wrong sizes but when I contacted them via email saying I needed to exchange, they told me I'd have to ship everything back first if I wanted a refund, and shipping back costs around twenty one dollars to get there. Completely unacceptable customer support and I would strongly advise others to avoid this business.
Can't believe the negative feedback! Bliss is seriously fantastic and I'm totally hooked. A friend got me into their stuff and it completely transformed how I care for my skin. The products are incredible and they're committed to being cruelty free. Everything I've purchased has been amazing, and I've got a whole bunch more things waiting to buy!
Placed my order back in early June for one hundred and three dollars but somehow ended up ordering three bottles instead of just one, and didn't get any discount for the bigger order. We're in October now and they've been sending me repeated emails claiming the shipment is coming and I'll have a tracking number within the next day, but nothing shows up. I really don't think I'm ever going to get this stuff. So let down right now. I'm planning to let everyone I know that ordering from Bliss is throwing your cash away. Once I actually get my order, assuming it works as well as promised, I might reconsider my review since I normally don't leave bad ones, but waiting four months is just unacceptable!
Stay away from this place. When something goes wrong with your order, they'll throw a couple bucks at you to shut up and keep the stuff. Want to return something? You'll have to mail it all the way to China even though the original box came from somewhere local. Complete ripoff.
Put in an order for their elixir product in early July. After more than a month went by without receiving anything, I requested to cancel and get my money back. Now it's late September and I'm still waiting on that refund even though I asked for it back in mid August.
I made an order in June and I still haven't received it, and no refund has come through either. I need to get this sorted out and get my money back immediately.
Saw a product advertised by an Instagram influencer and clicked through her link to order. My package never came and when I've tried emailing the company for an update or to request a refund, they simply don't respond. This definitely feels like a scam operation.
Absolutely ridiculous! I got sent some knockoff brand instead of actual Bliss stuff, some cheap product from overseas!
Total fraud. They take your payment and the products never show up. Bliss got bought by some investment group and the current operation is just a fake storefront.
