What Shoppers Say About Blue Mountain
Blue Mountain is rated 1.4 out of 5 by 15 shoppers, with the vast majority expressing strong dissatisfaction. Reviewers consistently report serious concerns about automatic renewal practices, citing unclear terms that result in unexpected charges and difficulty canceling subscriptions. Customers also mention poor customer service, with the company allegedly ignoring cancellation requests and emails. Additional complaints focus on an outdated website that performs slowly and lacks innovation, along with limited variety in offerings that becomes repetitive over time.
A small number of reviewers acknowledge that the core product itself is acceptable and that cards are nice, but these positives are heavily overshadowed by billing practices and service issues. The overwhelmingly negative feedback suggests most shoppers do not find the value proposition compelling, particularly given the friction involved in managing or ending their subscriptions.

Sorted by: Most recentThis service just isn't worth the money anymore. The website moves at a snail's pace. There are barely any new features and they're just living off their old reputation instead of innovating. The whole platform feels outdated and I can't recommend it. I'm switching to something better once my subscription runs out.
The service itself is pretty good and the cards people get are nice, but eventually you run out of quality options and it gets repetitive after a while. Just watch out because they'll automatically renew and charge you without warning. You can't even dispute it. I think I missed their renewal notices because they send so many emails, but honestly that's no excuse for their practices. Check the reviews before signing up.
Same problem as everyone else is reporting. They set up automatic renewal with their subscriptions but don't make it clear upfront. Then they charge you and there's no way to cancel. You'll see tons of reviews saying the exact same thing.
The company doesn't respond to emails and their business practices are dishonest. When I signed up for a yearly membership, they automatically set it to renew and I didn't realize it. I've sent them multiple messages trying to cancel but they ignore me. This is really poor service and I'd say stay away.
I'd give zero stars if I could. I called customer service today and got a rep who seemed like she couldn't care less about helping. Turns out this company has been charging me every year for a membership I cancelled back in 2022. I had no idea they kept billing me and never used the service again. When I asked about getting a refund on the recent charge, they said absolutely not, they don't do refunds on memberships, period. This is really upsetting. How do they justify taking people's hard-earned money like this without permission? Their whole approach feels shady and wrong.
I wish I could give this no stars at all. WARNING: This is a scam operation. They charge way too much. You borrow 600 dollars and end up paying back 2500. Then they keep taking money even after you've paid off the full loan and you have to fight to get your money back. They're not regulated because they operate from a reservation, so they basically do whatever they want. Do yourself a favor and find help anywhere else.
I bought three pricey advent calendars as gifts for Christmas, but none of us could get them to work. I tried everything on their help section without any luck. Even though I have their card subscription, the calendar wouldn't recognize my login. When I asked for my money back, they flat out refused.
Don't take a loan from these people. It's a total scam. I borrowed just 500 bucks with payments of 99.68 every two weeks until late July. After two payments I wanted to pay it all off. The payoff amount was 551.59 plus the 200 I'd already given them. That's outrageous. Never again.
