I placed an order on December 27th and haven't heard anything back. They sent a nice welcome email with the owner's contact info, so I reached out to him directly but no luck. When I tried the main customer service email, it bounced back because their inbox is full. I get that they're probably swamped, but if you can't keep up with orders, you shouldn't be taking them. At minimum, give customers a heads up about delays.
I bought some KN95 masks seven days ago and they took the money from my card immediately, but I haven't gotten any acknowledgment of my order. I've sent several emails trying to get their attention, but the main customer service email kept bouncing back, saying their inbox was too full. I even emailed the CEO asking them to just confirm they got my message and my money, or let me know if they can't fill it so I can buy elsewhere. A whole week has passed and they're completely ignoring me. This is really bad service, especially since they already charged me. UPDATE: Twenty days later and still nothing, no masks and no responses. They won't even acknowledge my refund request. I'm about to file a complaint and contact my credit card company to reverse the charges. This is an awful way to run a business.
These Powecon masks don't fit right and don't work well, but the price sure is high for what you get.
The black KN95 masks by Powecom are exactly what I expected. They provide solid protection, come with an authentic verification sticker, fit comfortably, and hold up well. The price was really good too. Everything arrived carefully packaged and made it to me fast. Much appreciated for what you all do!
