These practices are really shady. It makes absolutely no sense that subscribing, pausing, and swapping products is so simple, but canceling requires a phone call with no option to do it online. You call and get stuck listening to a 7-minute recording of Dr. Amen's pitch just to be told nobody's available. I've tried calling several times with the same result. What's particularly frustrating is that the people trying to improve their brains are often dealing with challenges that make these kinds of annoying, complicated steps really difficult. This company isn't just running a scam; they're intentionally making things harder for people with disabilities while raking in profits.

Honestly, skip BrainMD. They'll charge your card without permission and won't refund you.

Honestly, I might not be ordering from here if I hadn't gotten an ADHD evaluation at the clinic. Since my recent diagnosis, I've found their resources and supplements really valuable for managing my condition. I may switch to other brands eventually once I figure out what works, but right now I'm satisfied. If you have ADHD, different subtypes need different support, so jumping in blind without learning about your specific type might not be the best idea.
