After wearing them briefly, the fabric started separating from the grommets and tearing. Before long I had a huge rip that's completely see-through. Reached out expecting them to make it right, but they basically said they couldn't help. Looks like it's time to find a new brand.
Bought three pairs and every single one split in the seat. Sent them emails with no response. Finally tried calling and texting a bunch of times but got voicemail. When I finally got through they said too much time had passed to help, even though I showed them the original email from when the rips first happened. Both the quality and customer support are absolutely awful.
Grabbed some jeans but they never showed up due to delivery problems. I let the company know and they said they were looking into it. That was weeks ago and I haven't heard anything since. I ordered from another brand the same day and those arrived and I've been wearing them fine. Would love to give my thoughts on the product if I could actually get it.
