I really enjoy shopping at this store and the items are excellent quality, but I ran into issues when I used a regular credit card instead of their store card. The customer service team said they couldn't confirm my order went through and told me to contact my credit card company instead. Pretty frustrating. They wouldn't provide me with an order number or any kind of confirmation, and I still haven't gotten a confirmation email even though my card was charged.

Avoid ordering online. I purchased a wooden serving dish that showed up damaged, and when I returned it in store, I didn't get a refund for the shipping costs. The product itself looked nothing like the picture and felt really cheap. Would not suggest this store. I'd rather shop at Ross or Burlington.

They tack on extra charges for everything. Late on a payment? Expect a 41 dollar fee. I closed my account and I'm done shopping here for good. Won't be back EVER!

Ordered a couple pairs of shoes through their website but couldn't get them to fit right even though I ordered my normal size. Took them back to the local store to return them and was told they couldn't process the return there. When I contacted their customer service, they said I could actually return them at the store. Ended up spending 20 dollars on shipping and return costs through UPS for shoes that cost about 38 dollars to begin with. That's outrageous, especially with all the conflicting information I kept getting. I won't be ordering from them again.

They cancelled my large purchase order without valid reason. I was buying multiple items from their promotional selection for gifts and holiday shopping. The company cancelled it saying I ordered too much as a single customer, and then suggested I contact my bank about address information even though all my billing details were correct. Really disappointing experience. If there's a limit on how many items one person can buy, that should be posted clearly before you check out, or they should enforce it through account restrictions like other major retailers do. Instead they let you think your order went through and then just refuse to fulfill it.
