Sorted by: Most recentThis isn't really about the trailer itself. I bought the Nomad bike trailer from Burley about a week ago and I'm genuinely happy with it, great quality product. Got it delivered and two days later I get notified that the price just dropped. So I reached out to see if they'd match it or work something out. They basically said no because their return window is only five days from purchase, and since I already had it for six days (with a couple weekend days in there) I was out of luck. Pretty disappointed honestly. I thought a company based in Oregon would handle this differently, but instead of trying to keep me happy as a customer they got a one star review. Not the best move from a business standpoint.
