This is overpriced junk. You can find much better quality at other home improvement stores. Customer service is among the worst I've dealt with. Stay away. I've been in the plumbing and bathroom installation business for over two decades and this place is not worth your money.

I've shopped on this site many times with good results, but my last order was a disaster. I purchased items for about $80 in October and when the package arrived, it contained someone else's packing slip and completely different merchandise. Customer service said they couldn't send a replacement, just refund the money within 3 to 5 business days, and they emailed me a return label. I followed up a few days later and was told the refund hadn't been processed because they couldn't track my original shipment. The representative offered to make another request but I was stuck on hold for ages. I can't keep calling back for 30 minutes just to talk to someone who can't help. If this refund doesn't show up soon, I'm disputing it and never shopping here again.
