I signed up as a new customer thinking I'd get the 15% off with my code, but when I got to the final step it said it wasn't valid. And before that, I tried to use the bundle discount they advertise and found out that one expired weeks ago. So I've got two discount codes that don't work, yet they're still using them to bring people in. Pretty frustrating way to treat someone making their first purchase.

Picked up their hemp lip balm today and had high expectations since I'd heard such good things about the brand. Turns out I'm not as excited about it as everyone else seems to be. There was a sample available but couldn't use it given the current times. Anyway, I bought it and it doesn't really help with my chapped lips. Feels like money wasted.

Bought a pack of four lip balms for £11.99 and the box looked pretty big on the site, so I was feeling optimistic. Once I opened it up though, there was just so much filler inside. When I finally got to the actual product, it was tiny. This felt like a waste of money honestly. I won't be shopping here again and can't recommend them to anyone else.

Placed an order on the 16th and still haven't received my Christmas gift. We're at the 27th now and while my tracking number shows it was dispatched, there's nothing new on the carrier's site. Can't seem to get anyone to look into what's going on. Not sure if it's even in stock at this point.

It took two weeks to get here and when I opened everything up I was disappointed. The treat box I got for almost seventeen bucks is surprisingly small. I thought that was supposed to be the big item in my order. Plus the lip balm I bought separately has half of it stuck to the inside of the lid and the rest looks beat up. Not worth the price honestly.
