Honestly the worst customer service I've dealt with. FedEx damaged my package and said they'd send a replacement, but BuyBuy Baby won't actually send one. I'm done shopping there and spreading the word about how bad this company is.
Avoid this place completely. It's a scam operation. I ordered a high chair and baby stroller that never arrived. They took my money and didn't send the items. I had to cancel my bank card because I didn't trust them at all.

My husband and I went to the store just to look at some wall decorations and had the most uncomfortable experience. This employee immediately went to the back to check camera footage, supposedly to see if we stole anything. When he came back out, he literally watched us the entire time we were shopping. I was eight and a half months pregnant, barely able to waddle around, so why would I be shoplifting? The only reason he seemed suspicious was our skin color. He didn't even try to hide it, just stared at us constantly while we browsed. When I finally found what I wanted and couldn't take the staring anymore, I went to pay and he literally positioned himself to block the exit to make sure we paid. This doesn't seem like a one time thing. The store needs to seriously reconsider who they hire and how they train people.
I placed an order for a crib and got a confirmation number. Then randomly it got canceled with zero explanation. Getting through their phone system is a nightmare of automated menus. When I finally reached someone, they were calling from overseas and had such a strong accent I had to ask them to repeat everything. I'm giving this place two stars because I've had nothing but problems. I ordered a car seat system that supposedly was backordered but would arrive within a month. A month goes by with no word, so I call and get told maybe another week. After waiting that week with still nothing, they finally say it's just not available and suggest ordering something else. I went to Amazon instead and got it in three days. Then there's the bassinet situation. Turns out it was sold by a third party, so returns had to go through FedEx. The mattress was this weird size that doesn't fit any standard sheets, which is actually unsafe for a baby. I had to send it back anyway. While that return was happening, I ordered the Halo bassinet and it arrived in three days, which was great except it showed up damaged. Amazon is definitely better.
