What Shoppers Say About buybuy BABY
buybuy BABY is rated 1.5 out of 5 by 15 shoppers, with the vast majority reporting serious problems. Reviewers consistently cite unresponsive customer service, unshipped orders, missing or damaged items upon arrival, and difficulty obtaining replacements or refunds. Multiple shoppers describe experiences of paying for products that never arrived, missed delivery dates without updates, and unhelpful support representatives who refuse cancellations or resolution options.
The few positive or neutral experiences are vastly outnumbered by complaints about operational failures and customer service breakdowns. Common issues include items ordered weeks prior still not delivered, partial orders stuck in limbo with no resolution timeline, and FedEx damage claims that the company refuses to honor with replacement shipments. Shoppers express frustration at the lack of communication and the inability to obtain timely refunds or reorders.

Sorted by: Most recentStay away from this website. The customer service is horrible. I bought a stroller and they canceled it an hour later but kept my money for over a week. Then I got a gift card and tried using it, which also went wrong. My order never went through but somehow the hundred dollar credit got used and then I got multiple charges on my actual credit card for the remaining balance. No order, no money, nothing. I called repeatedly to fix this and get my hundred back, but they either hang up on me or promise to credit it and never do. It's been days now. This is how they treat pregnant women? No compassion, no real help from customer service, just a mess.
UPDATE: Finally got through on Facebook and they responded! They gave me my forty dollar gift card. ORIGINAL: I bought a car seat during a promotion and the site said I'd get a forty dollar gift card if I ordered between certain dates. I did order during that window but never got the card. That promotion was literally the only reason I chose BuyBuyBaby. I sent two emails to customer service with no response and messaged them on Facebook with no response either. After reading all these other bad reviews, I'm not excited about calling them. Lesson learned to just go with Target, Amazon, or somewhere else.
I'd give this credit card zero stars if I could. Seriously, avoid it at all costs. The customer service is absolutely terrible and the website for paying bills is constantly broken. Even when their site is down, they still hit you with late fees that start at $29. It's ridiculous that they know their system isn't working but still charge you anyway. The people they hire to handle customer service issues are useless. This card is a complete joke and I can't recommend staying away from it strongly enough.
Ordered a stroller and car seat bundle and was promised delivery within days. Fast forward two weeks with zero communication and I'm freaking out. When I finally call, they tell me maybe the end of next month? That's over thirty days away. How am I supposed to leave the hospital without my gear? If you didn't have it in stock or couldn't meet the deadline, why tell me otherwise? The customer service is terrible and communication is basically nonexistent. Plus I noticed the price went up fifty bucks after I bought it, even though it's cheaper everywhere else. Seems like they're trying to discourage coupon users. Just shop somewhere else for strollers, seriously the worst.
The product looks just like the pictures and it's super soft. I'm honestly surprised at all the negative reviews on here. My son carries it everywhere with him. The price is a bit steep, but he absolutely loves it. I will say the baby shark music cubes he has are half the price and he enjoys those too, but he prefers his daddy shake and takes it everywhere. Even beats his stuffed animals from other stores.
