I purchased a matte lipstick called Heaven Rouge, and the very next day I received an email stating it was out of stock and would be refunded. This seems really strange because when I placed my order, there was nothing on the site indicating low stock levels. What's even more confusing is that I've checked back on their website several times since getting that cancellation email, and the same lipstick is still listed and available for purchase. I'm genuinely baffled why they would cancel my order if it wasn't actually out of inventory.
I do enjoy the fragrance itself, but their pricing strategy is terrible. Over the years they've jacked up their prices so much that it's just ridiculous at this point. Price is a personal decision, and mine is to buy from other brands. There are tons of amazing perfumes out there that won't cost an arm and a leg.
I don't usually bother writing reviews, but I have to say something about this experience. I made a purchase and paid extra for overnight delivery. Three days went by with no package, so I called the store and was assured it had already shipped. The next day I got an email saying the item was backordered and offered me the option to cancel. I called back to cancel like they suggested, but they told me I couldn't because the item had supposedly already been shipped out. They refused to give me a tracking number. I'm never ordering from them again and I'm looking into filing a formal complaint.

My mom brought me back a 100ml bottle as a gift while she was traveling, and when I opened it a few weeks later, something was obviously wrong. It smelled way too strong of alcohol at first and faded after barely twenty minutes. They emailed asking for pictures and details, which I provided. Then they asked for the receipt, which I got and sent to them. After that, nothing. So I went to their website chat and explained everything again, but they basically said there's nothing they can help with and that I should return it to the original store. I had to explain that since my mom bought it while on vacation abroad, it's impossible for me to go back there and return it. Their response was still just sorry we can't do anything. This is really unacceptable for a luxury brand. They should stand behind their products.

Would give zero stars if the system allowed it. Their entire refund process is unprofessional and confusing. I still haven't gotten my money back. The customer service team is an absolute mess. My advice is to stay away from this company or at minimum, take photos and video of everything you're returning, get the weight documented, and request signature confirmation so they can't claim it went missing. Also make sure to follow up constantly because they're not reliable about processing refunds in any reasonable timeframe. I shouldn't have assumed they would handle this properly.
