Had an amazing experience with them overall. The clothing quality is fantastic and their customer service has been responsive and helpful. I ordered a smiley sweatsuit that was too small so I exchanged it and got my new size within 2 weeks. Ordered another sweatsuit recently, exchanged for a different size, and they've already processed the replacement. FYI there's only a charge if they pick up your return from your home, but dropping it off yourself is free. Got a bonus gift with my purchase too. Not sure why other people had issues but I've been really impressed with this company and their products.
Don't shop here. They're fast to take your money but their customer service is beyond terrible. Very unhappy with my order. I bought 3 items and wanted to exchange 2 for a smaller size but they're asking me to pay for the return, which is pricey. I don't even want a refund, just a size swap, yet this company doesn't seem to care about taking care of their customers at all.
Been waiting a month for them to get back to me. They charged my card for my order but never sent a confirmation. I'll probably have to dispute this with my bank. Terrible experience. It's funny how their website messaging is all upbeat and friendly because their actual service is definitely not.
Terrible communication. I sent back 2 items but only received credit for one. I've emailed them multiple times over the last couple weeks with no response.
Don't recommend this brand. Their return policy is confusing and misleading. They tack on a handling fee unless you take store credit instead of a refund. The sizing runs small and weird, so neither XS nor S worked for me. If I'd accepted store credit I'd get my money back in full, but requesting an actual refund meant paying extra. This wasn't spelled out anywhere before checkout. I emailed customer service and they just blamed their third party returns company. That explanation didn't add up since returns go the same way whether it's refund or credit. Look elsewhere.

Steer clear of this brand. The 2 sweatsuits they sent me both had holes and were missing tags, like they'd already been worn. I have photos to prove it. Email was my only contact option since they don't list a phone number. They replied after 4 days telling me to fill out a return form on their site. The form only let me exchange one item and they incorrectly charged me for the return. A week later the replacement sweatshirt arrived with no tags and clearly used. This is unacceptable. I've contacted my bank and plan to report them everywhere. The fabric and construction are worse than what you'd find at big box stores. It's cheap material and they're just slapping their name on wholesale products. Your money and time are worth more than this.
