I purchased what I thought was a premium duvet from this company about five months back, along with a protective cover. The price was steep, but I figured I was investing in quality. Unfortunately, the duvet developed a tear recently despite being well protected. When I contacted the company about the issue, they claimed it was just normal wear and tear, which didn't fall under warranty coverage. I pushed back, explaining that a product at this price point really shouldn't be falling apart after only five months of careful use. Their solution? Charge me $210 plus taxes and shipping to fix it. That's completely unreasonable. I wanted to support a Canadian business, but this feels like a rip-off. Their warranty is basically worthless for the customer. You can find better options elsewhere, and I won't be ordering from them again. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.
