First time buying from Caudabe. Been wanting to grab one of their cases for a long time. Finally upgraded phones and decided to treat myself. Got the Paragon and Sheath after emailing support a few times about how fast they ship since I'm outside the US. They were really responsive and professional. Both cases are excellent. Ended up returning the Paragon and the return was simple and fast. Had a problem with the power button and after emailing them with a video they sent replacement buttons and a replacement case. Would absolutely recommend Caudabe. The support has been incredible.

I've been carrying these cases for about two years and they're seriously well-made. Don't think I'll be trying another brand honestly. Not sure where all the negative stuff comes from. My case is really good. The way it's built and feels in your hand is exactly what I wanted. Tons of reviews say the same thing.
