I messed up and ordered the wrong item without realizing until I got it. Hit up Customer Support to start a return. The next morning I had a return label ready to go. In that same email I also asked about paying for faster shipping, and they sent me a new invoice with better pricing and shipped it right after I paid. Everything got handled so fast and smooth. Already got two cases for myself and I'll keep buying. This last order has stuff for family too and I can't wait to show them how good these are. Thanks Caudabe.
