Chaco wouldn't stand behind their lifetime warranty on my sandals. They basically acknowledged it was a manufacturing problem, but claimed too much time had gone by since I bought them to honor the warranty. I guess 'lifetime' means something completely different to big companies. The sandals were still in great shape, and I even sent pictures. Skip this company and their empty promises.
