Avoid the Gonzales location if you can. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, the food arrived cold, and the overall vibe was really negative. Not worth your time.

It really depends on which Checkers location you hit and who runs it. I want to give props specifically to the newer one on Lancaster Ave in Philadelphia because the service is really quick and they've got a solid team working there. They had this phone ordering option from the drive thru that was pretty cool but it didn't stick around. Overall though, their original fries and tartar sauce burgers are classic items that just never get old.

Everything was top notch, from how the staff treated me to how good the food was. I got two meals in less than 6 minutes and the lady was really pleasant. Can't ask for better than that.

Ordered through a delivery app and several items were missing. I called the restaurant right away and they gave me a refund, but it never actually showed up in my account. When I tried to follow up with the delivery app, they said too much time had passed and there was nothing they could do. This is disappointing customer service and I won't be ordering from them again.

Had a terrible experience at the drive thru today. The worker was incredibly rude to me even though I was being polite. They said they didn't have coke, diet coke, or milkshakes, so I just asked for any drink, and she told me to leave or she'd call the cops on me for being disrespectful. That's completely uncalled for. How is the restaurant even open if they can't stock basic beverages? This location has really bad service.
