Thanks to the team for a great time. The food and service were really nice, and the cashier was polite and respectful when I came to the window. He double checked my order to make sure everything was there and even wished my husband and I a blessed day, which you don't hear from younger employees much anymore. Much appreciated.

This is ridiculous. I placed a pickup order through the app and went to grab it, but the manager told me to leave without my food even though I showed my license and the app clearly showed it was for pickup. Nobody there seemed to know how their own app works and they didn't even seem to care. I've never had worse service at any fast food restaurant. I called the company to complain and request a refund but still haven't heard back a week later.

I'd say come eat here. The food was pretty good overall, though the apple pie wasn't as sweet as I expected but that's fine. The burger was almost perfect but could have used a little more salt. I'd rate it an 8 out of 10 for their effort and I'd definitely come back.

I used to eat at Checkers all the time but I've pretty much stopped now because of that AI voice ordering system in the drive thru. It's honestly one of the worst ideas they've ever come up with and it's making me go elsewhere.
