It turns out this was coming from China, which they should have mentioned upfront because I never would have ordered it that way. It didn't arrive before Christmas. They're claiming they "delivered" it in mid-January at a time when people were home, but nothing shows up on my doorbell camera and the neighbors didn't receive anything. I've been going back and forth with them for weeks. They sent me to the post office and the staff told me nothing ever arrived there and that I was likely scammed. Perfect! Definitely don't do business with this company. They don't deliver products and they keep your money. I'm filing a dispute with my credit card company now.
Returning items is a pain and a half. There's an 800 number listed on their site but nobody actually picks up. I can't speak for everything they sell, but the tree I got was really ugly. Guess I'll just donate it instead. This whole thing is so frustrating!
Bought three Alpine trees during Black Friday sale. Just four days go by and they drop the price another $35. I reach out to customer service asking if they could adjust my price and get told they can't because they have limits on adjustments. That's strange - in all my shopping experience I've never been denied a price adjustment, especially only four days after buying something. On top of that, my items still haven't shipped from the warehouse. I'm unhappy with this whole experience and still waiting to see if the quality is even good and when it'll actually arrive. They never responded to my follow-up message either. This business doesn't seem to care much about keeping customers happy.
Never received my order. The shipping label got filled out wrong so it came back to the seller. They said they'd send out a replacement, but after waiting another two weeks without hearing anything, I contacted them again. That's when they told me there was a problem, everything got returned, and they already issued a refund. I'm still left with nothing.
