My order never showed up and getting a refund has been a nightmare. I've called multiple times and they keep telling me I need to fill out some paperwork that's supposedly going to be sent over email from their carrier. I've asked for it three separate times and haven't received anything. UPS confirmed the shipment is lost and the value was around $65. Their refund process appears intentionally complicated so that frustrated customers just give up and accept the loss instead of fighting for their money back.

I've decided to stop doing business with Christopher & Banks. They came after me claiming I owed around $63 from back in 2021. I've spoken to the two people responsible for that area and they couldn't show proof that I ever got whatever they're claiming I bought. My card got replaced that year due to fraud issues, and honestly I never really shop for clothes in July anyway since it's too early to buy holiday gifts and nobody in my household celebrates birthdays until fall. I'm not paying for something I have no idea what it even was.
