Really enjoy what Chubbies makes and I'm always telling people about them. My main issue is that their support team just doesn't seem to exist. I've sent multiple support requests and never hear back from anyone. It's been frustrating because I genuinely like the brand but the lack of communication is a real letdown.

I've been a Chubbies customer since 2012. I started out buying their comfy khaki shorts and later moved on to their sport shorts and polos, which have all been phenomenal quality. Recently I've picked up some of their pants and jackets, and everything has been fantastic. This company has really developed into a quality menswear brand over the years and I'll keep buying from them as long as they maintain their standards for products and stay dedicated to great customer support.

Grabbed these for my buddies on a trip. They absolutely loved them. Quack Quack!

Seems like a total scam. I bought two pairs of shorts and got a message that they were sold out, so I called customer service and they told me they had them in stock. They placed a new order for me and swore up and down I wouldn't be charged again because I'd already paid. But then another email came through saying they were out of stock again. I asked for my money back. They said it would happen, but when I checked, I only got part of what I originally paid. I basically got charged for something they don't even have, and that's pretty sketchy. I'm done with this company for good.

This is my spot for quick shopping. The products are stylish and well-made, the prices are solid, and the customer service is incredible!

Placed an order over a month ago for something my boyfriend really wanted. I've always had good things to say about how their stuff fits. Then just a week before our big trip, they suddenly told me they never even processed the shipment. Instead of trying to make it right, they just said they'd cancel it. So I ordered it again because the timing mattered, but after that whole situation and how they handled their mistake, I'm really let down. This never happened to me before and I was never the problem here. I used to recommend them all the time but not anymore. Plus I wrote a review on their site and I can't even locate it.

Ordered some casual shorts and paid extra for rush delivery to get them in about a week. Never showed up, so I sent several messages through their website asking where it was, but got zero responses. Almost a month later a swimsuit arrives that's nothing like what I ordered. I reached out again and still heard nothing back. Eventually I disputed it through my payment processor and got a response from an overseas operation telling me I'd need to ship the wrong item back to another country at my own cost before they'd give me a refund. So let me get this straight: I already paid for shipping in the first place, waited forever for the wrong product, and now I'm supposed to pay out of pocket to send it back across the world just to maybe get my money? This is insane. We'll never be ordering from them again and we've reported them to our payment processor for doing business this way.

Pretty sure this company is running a scam. Ordered three pairs of shorts and instead got three cheap-looking swim trunks with weird designs all over them. Tried to send them back but my order number didn't work in their system. Looked into it more and realized a bunch of other customers have had the exact same thing happen. Don't bother ordering, it's not worth it.
