What Shoppers Say About Cicis Pizza
Cicis Pizza receives polarized feedback from shoppers, with 60 percent giving five-star ratings and 20 percent each giving one and two stars. Positive reviewers consistently praise the all-you-can-eat buffet as a great value, highlight fresh food quality, and commend individual staff members for excellent service. One reviewer specifically noted the clean and well-maintained dining space. Conversely, negative reviews cite significant concerns about restaurant cleanliness (particularly restrooms), inconsistent coupon policies across locations, and unresponsive customer service when attempting to resolve issues. Price increases compared to historical buffet pricing have also been mentioned as a disappointment.
The dramatic split in ratings suggests experiences vary considerably by location or visit timing. While the buffet concept and food quality are genuinely appreciated by satisfied customers, operational and sanitation issues at certain locations represent a serious detractor. Customer service responsiveness to coupon and policy questions appears to be a weak point that has frustrated at least some shoppers.

Sorted by: Most recentHad a wonderful family meal with the kids at CiCi's. Everything tasted fresh and we really appreciated how clean and well-maintained the dining space was. Big shout-out to Carlos for doing such a great job!
Really disappointed with our visit here, especially for what we paid. My family and I went on Father's Day and it was a total letdown. The food wasn't great, but the actual restaurant conditions were even worse and deserved zero stars. The restrooms were absolutely disgusting, and when I tried to use one, another customer wouldn't leave. I also wasted money at their machine and got nothing in return for my $7. This place used to be so much better but has clearly gone downhill. The pizza portions were tiny, and the brownies were all mashed up and bland. The cinnamon rolls tasted like they'd been sitting around forever. I should've asked for a refund and gotten out of there. It's sad because a gas station would have cleaner facilities and better food at this point. I won't be coming back to this location and can't recommend it to anyone.
I really miss when you could grab the whole buffet for just $7.99. My husband and I used to spend our whole afternoons there after church and grab coffee at the place next door afterward. Those were the days! Giving five stars because of all those great memories, and I'm thinking of George, hoping he's looking down on us. Love those times.
Had a real problem trying to use two free buffet coupons at my local CiCi's and they wouldn't take them. I called the customer service line multiple times on different days trying to get answers about whether the coupons were valid and which locations would honor them. Each time I was told the right person wasn't available but would call me back soon. That call never happened, no matter when I tried or how many times I reached out. This shouldn't be complicated and you'd think customer service could handle a straightforward question without runaround. Very frustrating way to handle a customer.
