Honestly one of the best automation tools I've used for sales. Used to do cold calling the traditional way, then switched to Outreach for email with standard calling on the side, but wasn't impressed. Once I moved to Close, everything changed. The Mac app with auto-dialing is really impressive and lets you connect with way more prospects using way less time. My outreach strategy became organized and the whole process became less painful. Had a few connection hiccups here and there, but overall fantastic work.
