Ordered a couple things from Hukgear.com because their website said delivery would happen in my timeframe. I reached out through their chat feature to confirm everything would arrive when I needed it. My message was polite and not demanding, but the customer service person seemed irritated by it. They just pasted a generic response that basically said I'd get my stuff whenever. Apparently standard shipping takes anywhere from 5 to 20 days unless you shell out extra for faster options. I was pretty let down by the whole interaction. Then randomly two hours later both items showed up at my door. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad they arrived, but that quick turnaround made it clear the company has no clue about their actual inventory or shipping processes. They really need to hire customer service reps who can be respectful. One more thing - there's no refund policy or way to cancel once you've ordered. Not thrilled with this experience overall.
