Sorted by: Most recentHonestly can't get enough of these socks! They're super comfy and the designs are really cute. Plus, I love that they support different causes and give money to charity. They always have deals going on throughout the year, which is great. I'm up to about 10 pairs now and I keep wanting more!
Really disappointing experience with their build-your-own subscription service. Every month I'd get an email asking me to pick my socks for that month. This time around, no email showed up. Instead, I just received an order confirmation for some random pair that I didn't even choose. The style wasn't for me, and they weren't even the right size. I got in touch right away to stop the order, but they refused. Then I asked if I could send them back for my money once they arrived, and they said no again. They kept insisting their return policies are posted clearly on the site. I did see one that mentioned accepting returns on unworn items within 30 days, but when I checked their FAQ, it says subscription purchases can't be returned. That seems like it should be more visible somewhere during checkout, especially considering it could break consumer protection laws in my state and others. I went through their signup process again and looked at every page. The 30-day return policy shows up on the final checkout screen. Legally, they should have to follow whatever policy they show during purchase, but they're refusing to do that. In Massachusetts, this kind of thing violates chapter 93A and could mean double or triple damages for consumers. Sure, it's just one pair of socks, and the company probably doesn't sweat it. But I have to wonder how many other people this is happening to.
