Sorted by: Most recentIf your company is considering working with them, I'd seriously reconsider. Their support team takes forever to respond to questions, often more than four days if you hear back at all. We've been waiting since early fall for them to fix a bug that's still not resolved heading into the holidays. They make commitments they don't follow through on, customer support is basically nonexistent, and leadership doesn't seem interested in actually fixing problems. Really unfortunate and frankly pretty unprofessional.
Terrible experience with their hiring process. The selection took way too long and felt like they didn't value candidates' time at all. I'm pretty convinced they were just trying to grab design ideas for free. When I asked for constructive feedback on the assignment I completed, they never bothered to provide any despite all the hours I invested. I would absolutely steer clear of this company. Definitely not worth your time.
