The website has become unreliable when it comes to pricing. I've ordered before and had good experiences, but lately the site is full of issues. The cart system is broken and forces you straight to checkout. Want to remove something? You can't do it from a different browser tab. Plus their advertising is misleading. A bunch of items say 'Buy One Get One' but you pay full price or only get a tiny discount. Those 'free products' they mention? Not free at all. You're paying full price and they're applying some random discount on top of that inflated cost. For example, they'll give you a fourteen dollar discount but it's calculated on two full-price items that should've been buy-one-get-one to begin with. The discount should only apply to one item since you're already getting both for that price. I've complained about this but nothing changes. They have good variety, but if the pricing isn't honest, what's the point? The whole site structure is a mess too with no proper cart button.

Can't recommend this place. When my package arrived, I barely recognized it as my order. Instead of the full-size items advertised, I got mostly mini versions plus an eyeliner that wasn't even what I ordered. The shipping fees are ridiculously high too. There are plenty of other Korean beauty retailers out there with much better pricing and selection.

This company is incredibly generous with what they give you. I ordered their birthday beauty box and a random one plus some sun cream, and I was shocked at how much stuff showed up for the price I paid. Felt like I won the lottery honestly. Got a bunch of bonus items on top of everything else, and I genuinely love every single product. The boxes are absolutely worth the money. Shipping from Korea to Scotland was smooth and reasonably priced. There's something really special about getting a package from South Korea to your door. Thank you Coreelle, I'm so grateful! Highly recommended, ten out of ten.

Ordered a skincare set as a gift for my sister but they shipped it to the billing address instead of the one I specified. She missed out on her birthday present, and I ended up with something I don't need. Now I have to spend way more money to ship her gift to her actual address in another country. Pretty disappointed that they couldn't get this one basic thing right. Make sure you triple-check the delivery address if you order from here. Haven't tried the products since they aren't going to my skin type.

Great company with a nice selection of Korean beauty products and other items. They carry some Korean beauty brands you don't see everywhere. I had a problem with one of my orders, but the team responded quickly and fixed it right away. Their customer service is really solid.

Grabbed one of their mystery boxes and the November collection for under thirty-five bucks and walked away with so many items. Haven't tested everything yet, but what I've tried has been excellent quality. The hand creams, body mist, and face cleanser are particularly nice.

Spotted this company on social media and decided to give them a try since I'm obsessed with Korean beauty products. Never heard of them before, but their monthly boxes looked incredible with products I actually wanted. Got my December order in just over a week despite ordering during the holiday rush, which was impressive. Shipping from Korea wasn't nearly as expensive as I expected either. The quality of everything is fantastic, and they throw in tons of samples. I'm definitely going to keep buying their monthly subscription box and might grab some of their food items too. Really happy with my purchase!

Just received two packages and now I'm being asked to pay fifty-four fifty in customs charges through DHL. This wasn't mentioned anywhere on their site, and apparently tons of other customers have had the exact same problem. Their customer service is absolutely the worst. They say they'll give you a refund if you don't accept the package, but then you have to pay for both the shipping and the return costs yourself. So no matter what, you're out money. Really let down and won't be ordering again. Might as well shop at one of the other big Korean beauty sites instead.

Really had a bad reaction to the Rice Bran Moisturizer product. On top of that, I ended up having to pay an extra twenty-five euros in customs fees when the package arrived.

I really cannot suggest shopping here. The customer service is honestly terrible. My first order got held up at customs because they forgot to include a required document. When I figured out what went wrong and told them, they just gave me a generic apology and said they'd try harder next time. I had to ask multiple times for them to just resend without that problematic item. They sent the completely wrong stuff. I made the mistake of placing another order for a specific product and got an email about a code for an add-on item at fifteen percent off if I used it within two hours. Seemed fine until I tried to apply it and they wanted me to pay another twenty-four ninety-five for shipping on an add-on. When I asked why I'd pay shipping twice, the support team insisted I wasn't being charged for it. Just frustrating all around.
