I ordered a torque wrench that was supposed to arrive in three to five days. After about ten days went by with no shipment, I reached out to CPO to ask what was happening. They said they'd check with the maker about the holdup. Next day they canceled my order and claimed the manufacturer quit making that particular model. So I called the manufacturer myself and found out they're still producing the exact same torque wrench I tried to buy. CPO not only failed to get me the tool I wanted, they also made something up about why. I'm done dealing with CPO.

The water fitting came broken off inside the unit. I managed to pull out the broken piece and swap in a new fitting from the hardware store. The switch had broken tabs and I grabbed a replacement from another retailer. After those fixes it runs fine. It was also missing all the different nozzle attachments, so I picked those up elsewhere too. I didn't feel like going through the whole return and reship hassle, but all told fixing it myself cost about fifty dollars and an hour of my time. A return would have meant more headache with packaging, shipping, and waiting.

Ordering was simple and the delivery came through quickly. My only complaint is that they used a box way bigger than necessary for my order, but otherwise no problems.

The shipping box looked like it had been through the wringer and the right wheel was bent about half an inch. I took the axle out and used a hammer to straighten it back up, and now everything is fine. The really rough condition of the packaging made me wonder if maybe it was a returned item that got hastily reboxed. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad the unit works and besides the wheel issue there don't seem to be any other problems. The packaging quality should definitely be better than just tossing stuff loosely in a box. Not trying to be harsh here, I'm generally a positive person, but I've never seen boxes in this rough shape. Maybe they should look at how Bluetti handles their shipping. Take care.

Purchased a refurbished DeWalt cordless trim nailer and got it for way less than the new version costs. A few days later it came via UPS in a plain cardboard box. Opening it up, the nailer was in excellent condition, looked brand new, and runs without any issues.
