They refused to give me a refund, claiming it was final sale. The thing is, the product is still being sold on their site and there's nothing anywhere saying it's final sale. This company's practices are really questionable.

I bought six shirts right after Thanksgiving as Christmas gifts and used their sizing guide to pick the right sizes. They all came in way too small. When I tried to exchange them, the exchange program showed nothing in stock in my size, so I waited to see if anything would be restocked based on what the support chat suggested. Here's where it gets frustrating though. When I check their site now to complete the exchange, still nothing appears available in what I need. But if I go to their main shopping page and pretend I'm a new customer, I can see plenty of options in those same sizes. It seems like they're deliberately blocking existing customers from using the exchange program at the discounted rate while keeping full price inventory available.

Ordered a shirt before Christmas and was promised it within 3 to 5 business days. By Christmas Eve it still hadn't shipped and nobody reached out about the delay or answered my questions about when it would arrive. I was ready to never order again. Then I contacted their support team and they totally turned it around. They cancelled my original order, sent a replacement, and when I asked about changing the size in the middle of our conversation, they made it happen without any pushback. The team member who helped me was genuinely friendly and seemed to actually care about fixing things. I'm impressed and glad I gave them another chance. Thanks for making this right.
