I had $50 in rewards credits that were supposed to go toward a shore excursion, but my cruise package didn't include any shore excursions at all. I called multiple times trying to get this sorted out, and every time I was told they wouldn't refund the $50 back to my account. The best they could offer was a voucher for a future cruise. I've booked with them several times in the past, but honestly their customer service has really declined. I can't recommend them anymore.
My time with this company turned out to be really frustrating. They advertised that you'd get bonus onboard credit if you booked with them, but once I completed my reservation nothing about that promotion was ever mentioned again. I never received the discounted price they had promoted everywhere either. It felt like a classic bait and switch situation. I'm stuck taking this cruise since I already paid, but after this experience I'm done with them. They're definitely not worth your business.
