Got the black box and the delivery came quickly, which was nice. Unfortunately, the actual products disappointed me. They felt really thin and watery, kind of like they'd been whipped up too much. I submitted two separate reviews giving them 2 stars each with detailed feedback that I thought would be helpful for people with my hair type, but neither one showed up on the site. Even weirder is that I got confirmation emails saying they received both reviews, yet they never appeared. It's been a couple days now and I'm pretty sure they're filtering out negative feedback.
