Received a backpack as a gift last year and it tore within twelve months. I barely used it and treat my things carefully. Found a tear and some holes appearing on it even though I only take it out a couple times a month and never rough it up. Really let down by how it fell apart so quickly, especially for the price. When I sent them pictures of the damage and asked for help, they said it was just cosmetic and wouldn't help. I can't use it though because I don't want the tear spreading or water getting inside. For an expensive bag to deteriorate this fast with minimal use and then get no support from the company is really disappointing. Less than a year and it's already damaged.
This bag isn't worth it. The construction feels cheap and the Camel color stains from plain water. Even washing doesn't remove the marks. The inside is cramped too, honestly doesn't fit what should fit. My husband wasn't a fan even though it looks nice aesthetically. Then we misplaced the changing pad during travel and reached out. They said no replacements and wanted me to buy a larger pad for $60 on top of the $190 I already spent on the bag itself. That's asking for nearly a third of the original cost. The smaller pad barely fit anyway so their suggestion made no sense. I've had better experiences with other diaper bag companies who actually send replacement pads free of charge and care about quality. This is worth skipping.
Purchased the Wade Diaper bag using a gift card from a department store and after about 10 days the padding inside the shoulder strap started separating. Called the company and they said I'd need the original receipt to process a replacement. Since I used a gift card and didn't keep the receipt, they refused to help. Less than a year of ownership and they won't stand behind what they sell. Really frustrating and I won't be ordering from them again.
