Found this company through a YouTuber and their box looked incredible, but naturally they get theirs right when they drop. I understand influencers need early access but some of us want to actually get what we paid for too. Fingers crossed they look into this. Good news though: they offered a replacement which arrived within a week. Not the box I originally wanted but at least it came quickly.
Total scam. Ordered their premium rabbit box and got told 3 weeks maximum. A month and a half later and still nothing. I ordered the second it went live too. Worse part is the tracking just vanished. Their support is basically nonexistent, just keeps saying they were slammed with orders and it'll ship soon. I'm calling my bank to dispute this.
Let me highlight the good stuff first. Their customer support team is genuinely fantastic, and I really think a lot of those other negative reviews here are fake. I had some questions about how shipping works, ordered my very first subscription box, and it landed in 4 days. A couple smaller items were missing, so I contacted them and boom, same day they had replacements on the way. This was my first box purchase ever and I literally have nothing to complain about. The person who packed my box is human, and humans slip up. That's just life. Customer support didn't give me any grief and they took my word for it, even though I'm sure some people do lie about this stuff to companies. The whole experience was painless, everything looked awesome, and the shipping was incredibly quick with tracking info included. As a cherry on top they even threw in a giftcard. When a company can flip something negative into something positive like that, how could anyone be upset? I'm definitely going to keep ordering from these guys.

They even threw in a gift card to apologize. The quality is great, shipping was ridiculously fast with tracking, and they actually turned a potential problem into a positive experience. If a company can do that, what's there to complain about? I'm definitely ordering from them again.
These people are straight up scamming customers. They're lying about shipping items and keeping the money. This is ridiculous.
Got my item broken and terrible customer service to match. I ordered in July 2022, contacted them about it, and they said they'd fix it. When August came around I had to reach out again because they never got back to me. Turns out the replacement was out of stock and they'd get back to me later. Asked for a refund or something else to make it right. September rolls around and still nothing. Don't use this place.
