They keep sending me styles I've specifically said no to like wide and slim leg cuts. My sizing has been inconsistent too. Weirdest part is getting the same exact pair of jeans three times consecutively even though I bought them the first time around. I asked for a different stylist, hoping that helps. Then came the real frustration. I used my expiring credit to buy a scarf and got a confirmation it would ship with my March box. It never showed up. When I reached out with my confirmation details, they promised to include it in my next box, which won't arrive until August since I skipped a couple months due to my unhappiness. I mentioned I had travel coming up and needed it sooner, but they said that's just not how they work. I expressed how upset I was since this was clearly their mistake, and I haven't heard anything back even after several weeks of waiting.
They straightened out what I didn't quite understand and even knocked $40 off my first order. The clothes I received made me really happy!
The team cleared up some confusion I had and waived a fee to get me started. I was really pleased with the clothing selection that came in my first box!
Their help has been outstanding. They never rush me when I need to extend my return window, which is huge since I'm constantly juggling different things. Plus, the clothing quality they send is really impressive.
The support is really helpful. They're always happy to give me extra time to decide what I want to keep or return, which has been a lifesaver with my hectic schedule! On top of that, I absolutely love how well-made the pieces they send me are.
I can't thank them enough! Since I'm unable to shop in person due to disability, having attractive, on-trend pieces delivered to my house has been wonderful.
I just have to say thank you! Because of my disability, going out to shop isn't an option for me. Getting gorgeous, current clothing brought right to my door means everything.
Timing is an issue for me. The deliveries always come before February ends instead of at the end of the month when I budget for them. Beyond that, this service is stretching my finances too thin at the moment.
