They told me last week my refund should've been processed on March 23rd, but it still hasn't happened. Super frustrating and I'm definitely not ordering from here again.
Really respect that this is a small women-owned business. That said, some items are winners and some just miss the mark.
Their website clearly says you get a full refund if you paid full price within 14 days of getting your order. I got my items on 1/16/26 and tried returning them today, but they're telling me the deadline was 1/28/26. The math doesn't add up. And honestly, the quality is really disappointing too.
My shipment back got lost by the courier. GUIZIO customer service bounced me between them and the shipper instead of just handling it themselves. According to the shipping company, they need GUIZIO to file the claim since it's their account, but customer service won't do it. I'm out almost $800. They pour so much money into ads but can't seem to keep customers happy with basic service.
Got a micro mini skirt and a red evening dress, both in XXS. The skirt has cheap thin material with a basic roll hem, and it puffed out in back even though the pictures made it look way better quality. The dress was so small I couldn't even get my arms through it, and I'm usually XXS-XS. The material felt like what you'd get from a fast fashion site, just single layered with a rolled edge. I dropped hundreds of dollars on this and the service was awful too. They won't exchange or return anything bought with a discount code, only full price items. The quality was worse than stuff I've gotten from other retailers, and it completely killed how I feel about this brand. I can't recommend or trust it.
After seeing all these bad reviews I figured they couldn't be that bad. Well, I was wrong. I spent almost $400 on a dress and it's way too small, nothing like the size chart they give you. The material is cheap and thin, honestly gives off Shein energy. They wouldn't even let me exchange it for something that fits right. Now I'm stuck with this tiny expensive thing.

This company deserves zero stars if that was an option. Absolutely horrible customer service. My order came late, my return window closed before my items even got there even though I paid extra for faster shipping. Can't get anyone on customer service to help fix it. I had to contact my credit card company. Stay away from this place. They're dishonest and unethical.
