What Shoppers Say About Danielle Guizio
Danielle Guizio receives overwhelmingly negative feedback, with shoppers citing severe issues across multiple areas of the business. The most common complaints involve refund processing delays that extend far beyond promised timelines, with customers reporting they have contacted customer service multiple times without resolution. Additional frustrations include confusing or misrepresented return policies, sizing that does not match provided charts, and material quality that shoppers describe as cheap and thin, often comparing it unfavorably to fast fashion retailers. Return shipment complications and customer service's reluctance to handle claim filing have also left customers out hundreds of dollars with no recourse.
A small number of reviewers acknowledge the brand as a women-owned business they respect, and note that some items are successful. However, this positive sentiment is vastly outweighed by dissatisfaction with product quality, fit inconsistencies, and the refund and return process. The combination of these issues has led multiple customers to state they will not order again.

Sorted by: Most recentI bought a corset that never showed up and never got any tracking information. Their customer support gives short responses and takes forever to answer. Hoping PayPal will help me out here.
Got that trendy micro skirt everyone's talking about for almost $200 and the fabric is terrible. It's literally just a thin piece of nylon. I have a skort from a major retailer that's way better quality. Their return policy means I'm stuck with it though. Not worth the price tag at all.
It's too bad to see independent designers with genuine products and reasonable manufacturing get held back by extremely small sizing. Keep designing only for model figures and charging people full price when items don't work for them with only a small discount option, and you'll end up facing legal issues.
This was a disaster. I bought $700 in clothing and they sent the package to the wrong address. They refused to give me my money back because I didn't buy their package protection.
Bought a shirt for $218 that turned out too small. Emailed about exchanging it for store credit and they actually responded pretty fast. When they got the item back they gave me $185. That math doesn't work out right, and I've emailed them three or four times since with no real answers. This is absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I will never shop here again. For a supposedly elite retailer, this is embarrassing and feels like a scam. They lost me as a customer for good.
Got my refund a month later, and only because I kept asking about it. They charge a 15% restocking fee which feels wrong, plus they didn't include my sales tax in the refund which seems shady. I've shopped here multiple times but probably won't again. It's not even about the money at this point, it's how they treat you.
