Sorted by: Most recentOrdered some bows that arrived looking smaller than expected and poor quality overall. To make matters worse, I had to put down my credit card and fork over $14 just to get a return label. On top of that, I'm pretty sure they'll hit me with a deduction for the original shipping cost too. These bows don't even weigh much, so paying that much out of pocket for the label felt like a ripoff. That whole experience pretty much sealed the deal for me not shopping there again.
