I never received my package even though tracking showed it was delivered to my mailbox. When I got home, it wasn't there. They're pushing me to deal with the carrier myself. Their customer service is terrible and they won't help at all. I'm done ordering from them. All I wanted was my money back and maybe they'd replace the order to make up for the trouble, but they did nothing. This whole experience was completely unacceptable.

I can't seem to complete an order with them. They had a 15% discount for first-time customers, so I gave it a shot. The discount worked, payment went through, and I got an order confirmation email! But then the next day they cancelled it for no explanation. Their support team had no idea why either. I tried placing the order again and the exact same thing happened. I chose their invoice payment option and they never gave me the banking details needed to send payment.
