This umbrella is exactly what I was looking for. I picked the navy blue color and it looks fantastic. I'm already thinking about getting another one for my wife before she claims mine.

Got my replacement Davek umbrella in the mail today. I'm blown away. It arrived completely new. I called your office in New York and made sure to thank the staff member who picked up for providing such outstanding customer service. A few weeks back when I rang to ask about repairs, an actual person answered the phone. That's becoming pretty rare. Most companies have lost sight of what good customer service actually means. I really appreciate how you've handled this. I'm planning to get my wife a new one soon, hopefully she'll hold onto it this time. Thanks so much for going above and beyond.

I placed an order on December 20th and paid extra for faster shipping, but as of January 5th I still haven't received it.

Fantastic buy and get one free deal. My husband loved the umbrellas so much he's been giving them to his golf buddies as birthday gifts throughout the year. I'd gotten him one for Christmas the previous year to start. The quality is seriously impressive and makes a perfect gift.

Got this as a replacement. We were traveling in Italy and a spoke on the original one bent back in October.

This is the most spacious compact umbrella I've found that still fits my small 16 inch work locker and 15 inch tool bag. Opens and closes with spring action. Really solid wrist strap too. You can even add a tracker to the handle if you want. They've got a solid replacement program if something goes wrong, and if your umbrella gets stolen you can get a replacement at a reduced cost. Holds up great in wind, super durable, and won't flip inside out. Keeps you really dry. Takes a while to fully dry between uses, but no rust problems show up. It's a bit heavier than some options, but I think that's deliberate to keep the canopy balanced and prevent it from lifting or tilting. I'd love to see them offer reflective strips and bright colors as choices since it's dark up here for half the year. The whole thing feels compact and thoughtful. It comes in a nice protective sleeve. Even the box itself is nice enough to keep around. Feels like you're getting something precious and built to last, almost like a quality tool. Would be neat if they offered an even bigger version that stayed the same length when closed and could handle strong winds just as well. Maybe with a semi-automatic or multi-stage opening system, or even one that needs full handle extension.

Both the mini and regular compact umbrellas are incredibly well made. They snap shut without any effort. The size and weight feel right for each model. Getting the mini free with my order was a nice surprise.
