My package supposedly arrived in town and then got sent back to sender due to an address issue? I've been trying to get someone to fix this but nobody's helping. Can I just get my money back?
I'm still waiting on my order and haven't heard anything back. Either send it to me or process my refund please. This whole situation is really frustrating and nobody is keeping me in the loop 😕
My skin has never looked better since I started using Derma E products, and they're way cheaper than other brands that do similar things. Everything I've tried from them has been fantastic.
I've been a Derma E customer for over a year and actually love the products themselves. The real problem is their customer service team, which is honestly terrible. When you call, you can't actually talk to anyone. You just get asked to leave a message and then nothing happens. Same thing with emails - they just disappear into a void. I get that they're busy, but a response within a couple days should be the bare minimum.
Their skincare is actually good, but their fulfillment operations are a complete mess. When I used to order from Amazon, everything came through without issues. I don't know why I decided to order straight from them instead. Just got my second delivery and this is the second time something's been left out. This "glow set" is mostly samples and filler anyway, but they managed to ship the filler while leaving out the one cream sample I actually wanted. I paid fifteen bucks just to get a single sample, and it wasn't even in the box. How are they producing quality items while messing up the most basic part of running a business?
