Honestly, I'd give them zero stars if the system allowed it. DHL is completely unreliable. If your seller is using them for shipping, think twice before ordering - there's a real chance your stuff won't show up. Don't even bother expecting help from their customer service team either.
Trying to reach someone at DHL is basically impossible. They always claim to be tied up in meetings and say they'll call back in an hour. It never happens. DHL is a joke.
DHL makes the postal service look fantastic. I ordered something international right before the holidays. Getting it overseas and across the country went pretty quickly, but local delivery turned into a disaster. DHL sent me a message about the delivery and gave me a link to track it. The tracking showed 'out for delivery' in the morning, and since the item was expensive, I stayed home waiting. Nothing arrived. No updates. The next day I got constant status updates all afternoon but still no package and no idea where it really is. Been waiting over 24 hours for a delivery I can't even locate properly.
