I wanted to share my experience with how well Dr. Brandt handled my customer service inquiry. Not only did they get back to me quickly, they did it over the weekend too. My question got answered completely and I felt totally satisfied with their response. Lately I've had some pretty rough interactions with other companies' support, so this was definitely refreshing!

I've been ordering from Dr. Brandt Skincare for a while now and honestly can't complain about anything. Their whole range is fantastic, whether we're talking about their skincare products or their foundation primer. Everything is made really well. Plus the delivery always comes quick and my orders show up exactly as expected. I'm definitely going to keep buying their skincare stuff going forward.
