Sorted by: Most recentGood intention but disappointing in practice. They took over our local compostable diaper service and things have gone downhill fast. There was one incident where they shipped us five months worth of diapers when we only ordered for one month, yet they turned around and blamed us for it. Their return policy won't even accept unopened packages. The monthly subscription fees are steep, and customer service is basically nonexistent - you can only reach them through text or email and it feels like there's just one person handling everything. The whole vibe is that they think the customer is always at fault. We wanted to do the right thing environmentally, but we're switching back to a smaller local company that actually treats customers well. What really stings is that yes, you're paying four times what you'd spend at big box stores like Costco or Walmart, and we were willing to pay that premium for better environmental practices. Getting treated poorly on top of the high cost though? That just doesn't work for us.
