Now they want sellers to pay extra to promote listings so they can take even more of your profits. I honestly do better on Facebook and Gumtree with zero fees. People should abandon this place in huge numbers because they've been ripping everyone off for way too long.
Never received my purchase and they basically did nothing about it for over a month even though they claim to have a buyer protection guarantee.
I never got my order and the company ignored me for a month. They talk about having a refund policy but apparently that doesn't apply to people like me.
Would give zero stars if possible. Used to be my go to place but not anymore. Will never shop here again. Too many bad experiences with items and zero help from the platform. One time a seller told me I didn't need to return damaged goods because they'd send a replacement instead, but the replacement never came. I asked for my money back and they strung me along forever until I just gave up. They kept claiming refund problems like that was believable when they had no trouble taking my payment in the first place. No help from the platform because I didn't return the damaged stuff. I bought the exact same product from two different sellers and both arrived damaged in terrible packaging. Turned out they're the same seller running multiple accounts. I don't trust them anymore, it's been exhausting, wasteful, and just wrong. I've moved to other shopping sites I can actually rely on.
Seller Protection on this platform doesn't actually exist. We had a buyer make multiple false complaints and abuse the return system, and the company refunded them anyway. They held $370 for two weeks then gave it all to a buyer who even admitted in their negative feedback that they damaged the product before sending it back. It's disgusting.
Completely useless. This is definitely a zero stars if possible kind of review. There's no way to reach anyone competent at this company. The automated chat bot is pointless. Australian phone lines just redirect you back to the website. Their Facebook chat randomly dies with no follow up. Dealing with buyer disputes here is basically impossible.
I've been locked out of my account for over a year and it's been a nightmare. I signed up for their premium membership and tried canceling it but it was incredibly difficult. Even though I didn't use the service, they claimed after 6 months I owed them $4.95 and blocked me until I paid. I know for certain I was current on payments and sent them tons of proof, which took countless hours across many rejections. They were wrong but I still got punished for it, which is completely unacceptable. Over 4.95 for services I never used and had already paid for. It's despicable how they abuse their position.
Had a clean selling record and they suspended my account out of nowhere with zero violation. I'm furious with how unprofessional they are. They have zero respect for sellers. These idiots always take the buyer's side even when it's obviously a scam and fake refund request. And get this, if you try to warn others about a dishonest buyer, there's no way to leave negative feedback for buyers so the community can know. This company is a joke. To any sellers reading this, be careful. They don't care about you. These people only protect dishonest buyers. It's maddening and totally infuriating. I'm ashamed of them.
