Cheap feeling and unattractive. The damaged return feature in the account system doesn't work, forcing customers to contact them by email. Very annoying and time consuming. The whole thing felt like a hassle and a major inconvenience. It took weeks of back and forth before they even accepted the return, and then another month passed before my money showed up. Terrible service, won't order from them again.
