I ordered a two-pack of protein and one tub didn't show up. I contacted support and they specifically asked whether I wanted a replacement shipment or a refund. I was very clear that I needed the actual products shipped, not a refund. Despite what I asked for, the support person processed a refund without my approval and completely disregarded my request. When I followed up, I was suddenly told that replacements weren't even possible, which is information they should've mentioned before refunding me. They then blamed an AI system for the mix-up, which shows they're not actually reviewing their customer issues. As an apology they offered a discount code, which is totally insulting given that I ordered protein to actually receive protein, not to get refunded and a coupon. If replacements weren't an option, why offer it in the first place? This whole experience has been misleading and disrespectful.
This company doesn't seem to believe consumer rights exist. I bought their oxyshred but realized pretty quickly it wasn't right for me, so I tried to cancel within 10 hours of purchasing. They told me they don't do refunds and can't cancel orders either. They completely ignore consumer protection laws and I'm reporting them to the appropriate authorities because the way they operate looks like a potential scam to me. My tracking still hasn't updated.
