Sorted by: Most recentI submitted an honest review on their website and they decided not to publish it for everyone to see.
I'm really into skincare and have tested tons of high-end brands, so I thought I knew what to expect when I ordered their intensive moisturizer. Total letdown. First issue is the packaging, which is cheap plastic with a lid that's practically impossible to remove without it popping right out of your hand. The actual product feels light and sits on top of your skin instead of soaking in properly. It leaves this weird residue that causes pilling whenever I wear makeup over it. But here's what really bothered me the most, I wrote a fair and respectful review on their website sharing my honest thoughts, and they refused to post it. I also commented on their Instagram with similar feedback about the product, and they straight up blocked me from following their account. My comments weren't mean spirited or false, just genuine observations about the cream. It seems like they don't want customers seeing anything negative about what they sell, which suggests they're not confident in their own stuff. That's sketchy behavior if you ask me. Companies that silence honest feedback and block people for speaking the truth are red flags. Considering what they charge, I expect way better than this. Not to mention the environmental impact of all that plastic waste for a mediocre product compared to what's out there from other companies.
