Sorted by: Most recentAt the Charlotte Airport location, it took 25 minutes just to get a single microwaved bagel, and I was literally the only customer waiting. The whole time, staff members were hanging out talking to each other and looking at their phones instead of helping customers.
Every time I place a mobile order through their app, my payment gets charged twice. I've tried reaching out to customer service but they won't respond or help resolve the issue. This is a company worth staying away from.
Had a really frustrating experience with the location on South 1500 East in Salt Lake City. I showed up at 5 AM to pick up a DoorDash order, and the manager actually had my delivery item in her car trying to drive off with it until her car wouldn't start. The disrespect was unreal. Turned out this was a huge catering job with four massive boxes that needed to be carried nearly a quarter mile from the parking area into a hospital cafeteria. I had to wait around for someone to meet me even though we'd been communicating the whole time. This order was worth over two grand, but I only got eight bucks from DoorDash and nothing from Einstein Bros, which doesn't make any sense. Here's what went down: the hospital placed a catering order through DoorDash for Einstein Bros. The company received it from DoorDash, but then switched who the customer was listed as to themselves instead of the hospital. When DoorDash called to confirm, the manager claimed the order was canceled, which is completely false since it shows up in my delivery records. They obviously pocketed the tip and decided I shouldn't get paid for my work. The selfishness and carelessness of their staff really says something about how they view the people around them.
